First Time User?

When you log in to online banking for the first time, your Username will be the same as your Southeast Financial account number (just your member number, do not include a suffix like 00 or 70), and your default Password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Under some circumstances, especially if you're a long-time member registering for the first time, your default Password may differ. If you use the automated telephone system (PAL), try entering the PIN you use to access PAL in the Password field. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be required to create a new Username and Password and complete a series of steps to authenticate your account. Learn more here.

Questions about Login Security?

We use a multi-factor authentication process in order to provide maximum security for your account. By using something you have (a telephone number or email account) and something you know (your Username and Password), your account information is better protected against unauthorized access.
