Text Message System Error


On Tuesday, August 6, select members may have received a text message from Southeast Financial regarding a current or previous credit card account. This message was sent in error, and we apologize for any resulting confusion.

The error was a result of a new integration with our text messaging service. Instead of contacting just members with an outstanding balance, members were contacted about all credit card accounts even if they were current or closed.

We always strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and we believe this text messaging system will be a valuable tool, so we encourage all members to opt-in to stay up to date with your accounts and all things Southeast Financial.
