Attention Quicken/QuickBooks Users
As a part of Southeast Financial’s system upgrade on Monday, December 8, we’ll be migrating to a new online and mobile banking system. This upgrade will require members to make changes to QuickBooks or Quicken. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.
Two steps are required to be taken before Friday, December 5, 2025 at 4:00pm.
A data file backup and file transaction download must be completed. Transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.
Complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Instructions
Intuit aggregation service may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
Please carefully review your downloaded transaction after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
