Mobile Banking: We're blogging all about it.
If you completed our recent Mobile Banking Survey, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your thoughtful responses, and boy, did we learn a lot! Many of you said the app was great. Others told us about obstacles they'd experienced or gave us insight on how we can do better. Some of you told us you didn’t know we had a mobile app at all, while others said they weren’t aware of all the features. We heard you, and we’re using your input as a guide as we look for ways to improve your banking experience.
We knew we needed to find a better way to share information that goes beyond the basics of banking, and we’re excited to announce the launch of our new blog. Our posts will cover a variety of topics we think you might be interested in learning more about, including this series on mobile banking, where we’ll go into more detail about mobile app features, how to use them, and troubleshooting tips.
We understand that mobile isn’t for everyone. With in-branch, telephone, online, and mobile, there are many ways to manage your account. Use the form to ask us about those, too! We’re here to help and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
