We’re taking your advice on MemberSecure

Back in November, we learned about a service that we felt would give you, our members, the edge in account and identity protection. With the ever-increasing instances of identity theft and fraud, we wanted to give you some added peace of mind at what we felt was a very reasonable price, compared to similar programs.

We thought it was best to provide this protection immediately through a 60-day trial period, with the opportunity for you to opt-out at any time. Through your calls, emails and letters, though, we found out that this wasn’t what you wanted. You told us you would prefer an opt-in program, and we understand and appreciate your feedback.

We want to do what’s best for you, because we value your membership and your trust. That’s why, effective immediately, the MemberSecure program will become an opt-in service. For those of you who have not opted-out, MemberSecure fees for January and February will be refunded during the month of February. If you would like to continue to take advantage of identity and account protection through MemberSecure, please contact us by calling 615-743-3700 or 800-521-9653, or email us at members.service@southeastfinancial.org.

If you have begun using your MemberSecure benefits, or if you have chosen to upgrade to our comprehensive IdentitySecure program, your account will not be affected by this change.
